Wait, who are you?

Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m an LA-based comedy and improv coach. I’ve been performing and teaching improv for the last decade. I currently coach house teams at UCBLA and WGIS, and perform with my beloved UCB House Team, Bitchin.

What I’m trying to say is: I’ve done a lot of improv. I’ve also read a lot of psychology books. I’m not the ultimate authority on either, so please feel free to push back and help me rethink my assumptions.

Who Is This For?

Improv nerds, students, anyone looking for more clarity around their craft. But if you’re interested in improv from afar and you’re just here for the psychology stuff, that’s cool too.

This is a Work in Progress…

I’d love to tell you the perks of being a paid subscriber. I don’t know yet. Hang around and I promise I’ll get there. For now, I want this to be a place for interesting conversations and community learning. Welcome!
